What kind of freight do you handle?
If it needs to stay cool, we move it.
We specialize in temperature-sensitive freight like fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, and pharmaceuticals.
Most of what we do is short-haul and regional across California and the Western U.S. — quick, efficient routes where freshness really matters.
Do I have to fill a full truck?
Nope. We work with both full truckloads and smaller shipments (LTL).
Whether it’s a few pallets or a full trailer, we’ll match the right equipment and schedule to fit your load.
Tracking & Operations
Can I see where my shipment is?
Always. Every truck in our fleet runs on Samsara telematics — that means you can see location, temperature, and delivery status in real time, no middle men.
You’ll get updates along the way, and if something changes, we’ll let you know before you have to ask.
What happens if there’s a delay?
We’re on it. Our dispatch team watches every load live — traffic, weather, dock times, all of it.
If something shifts, we reroute, adjust, and keep you in the loop. The goal is simple: no guessing, no ghosting.
Are you compliant with industry standards?
Yes — top to bottom. We’ve even gone the extra mile to ensure our drivers have their food handlers card.
We follow FSMA, FDA, DOT, and CARB standards. Every driver and trailer is inspected before dispatch.
That means clean equipment, calibrated reefers, and temperature logs that back it all up.
Pricing & Payments
How do rates work?
We price based on lane, distance, weight, fuel, and load type.
Before you book, we’ll send a clear quote — no hidden fees, no small print.
If you run the same lane regularly, we can set up dedicated pricing so your costs stay steady week to week and you can forecast your business.
Is there a fuel surcharge?
Yes, but it’s transparent. When fuel prices move, you’ll see a small surcharge listed separately on your quote.
We don’t bury costs — you’ll always know what you’re paying for.
Do you offer contracts or recurring routes?
Definitely. Many of our customers lock in consistent lanes to keep freight and pricing predictable.

When do I get billed?
Once your load delivers, we’ll send an invoice and proof of delivery right to your inbox.
We accept ACH, credit, and wire on approved terms.

Do you have cargo insurance?

We maintain cargo and liability coverage that meets federal requirements. Need a certificate? We’ll send it same-day.
